Through the design and creation of the plantation following the guidelines of our professional team, we care for and tend to the tree from the very beginning, always carefully monitoring the prized fruit until the moment is just right for it to be harvested. We make sure it is delivered to the oil press in perfect conditions, and there we extract the oil at low temperatures and by exclusively mechanical means, thereby fully preserving the flavour, aroma and properties of the original fruit.
